This quiet non-smoking house is available for rent! Located at Martinez Lake on the Colorado River, this private lakeside get away is available now! The house sleeps up to 6 people. There is plenty of parking for boat trailers and large vehicles. Kitchen is equipped with: Blender, Coffee Pot, Cookware, Kitchen utensils, Microwave, Stove, and a Gas BBQ. Linens and towels are NOT furnished! Other amenities include: T.V. with VCR, Fenced yard, Spectacular views, and a Private dock! Pets allowed upon prior approval.

Cleaning/security deposit is $200 and is required one month in advance in order to hold your reservation . If the reservation is canceled the deposit will be refunded if we can get it re-rented. Cleaning/security deposit will be refunded after the house is inspected. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the reserve date.
