BOATERS BEWARE!!!! In the April 22, 2008 Yuma Sun there was an article stating that the Arizona Senate has voted to impose tougher penalties against drinking and driving a boat. This includes but is not limited to requiring FIRST TIME OFFENDERS convicted of operating a boat while intoxicated they could possibly serve 10 consectutive days in jail.
